We here at Comvita love to indulge in a fruit smoothie every now and then and are always trying to one-up each other for the best recipes and curb our mid-afternoon sugar pangs.
If you add enough ice, it’s like frozen yoghurt and if you add a bit of Manuka honey, it adds a rich, earthy flavour that is perfect for breakfast.
Here’s one of our favourites:
- 1 x Ripe Banana
- 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tsp Comvita UMF Manuka Honey
- 350ml chilled coconut water or organic apple juice
Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
